Yoga has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, which eventually led me to complete my 200-hour teacher training with My Vinyasa Practice. I’m forever growing as both a teacher and a student, and I’m grateful that yoga continues to meet me in different ways throughout my life. Yoga has taught me how to slow down, become more present, and create space between myself and the noise of everyday life. I teach because I want to offer others that same space—a place to reconnect with their bodies, quiet the mind, and listen inward without feeling the need to do everything perfectly.
My classes are intentional and grounding, centered around the belief that there is no “right” way to experience your practice; you’re simply invited to meet yourself exactly where you are. Teaching in the park feels especially natural to me because being surrounded by trees, fresh air, and the sounds of nature is where I feel most at ease, and I love the way it allows us to connect with ourselves and the world around us on a deeper level.
Outside of yoga, I love dancing, spending time with the people I love, sharing home-cooked meals, swimming, and finding new ways to stay curious and connected to life.
